You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to

One such service enables users to purchase original product. (collectively, "Products"). Upon placing an order, Pharma Dai Pvt. Ltd. shall deliver the product to customer in the specific location initially Kathmandu valley and Pharma Dai Pvt. Ltd. shall be entitled for receiving payment for the products and/or services.
3) Obligation of the user for the content and related information:

Under no circumstance shall MKS Enterprises Pvt. Ltd be liable for any consequential, indirect or remote loss that you or your friends and family may suffer.
4) Intellectual property:
Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, MKS Enterprises Pvt. Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Nepalese rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at mksenterprise.com discretion.
6) Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall mksenterprise.com be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages. We reserve the right to cancel the order. In case payment has already been made, the same would be refunded within 10 working days. The product and its warranty, is directly honoured by the company and has to be taken directly from the company and we as a merchant are not liable for contingency liability or product, liability or warranty.

You agree to indemnify, defend mksenterprise.com from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by mksenterprise.com that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.
